Tequila Shot Ornament

Tequila is often served as a shot with salt and lime. This is sometimes referred to as “training wheels.” The drinker licks salt, drinks the tequila and then quickly bites a lime. The salt lessens the burn of the tequila while the lime balances and enhances the flavor of the alcohol. Cheers!
